INTRODUCTION

At You Bettah Rum, we want every guest to have an incredible experience on Kauai. We understand that plans can change, and we have done our best to create a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following carefully before booking your tour.

INFORMATION

Cancellations by Guests

We operate on the following cancellation schedule:

  • More than 7 days before your tour date — Full refund issued to your original payment method

  • 3 to 7 days before your tour date — 50% refund issued to your original payment method

  • Less than 72 hours before your tour date — No refund issued

  • No-shows — No refund issued

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [your contact email] or [phone number] with your booking confirmation number.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your tour, we are happy to accommodate you at no additional charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the tour date will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation terms above.

 

Cancellations by You Bettah Rum

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:

  • Severe weather or unsafe conditions

  • Insufficient guest bookings

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In the event that You Bettah Rum cancels a tour, guests will receive one of the following at their choosing:

  • A full refund to their original payment method, or

  • A credit to reschedule at a future date

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests, such as travel or accommodation expenses, in the event of a tour cancellation.

 

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of You Bettah Rum. If you believe you are entitled to a partial refund for reasons not covered above, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to work with you.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Guest fails to present valid government-issued photo ID proving age 21 or older

  • Guest is removed from the tour due to intoxication or misconduct

  • Guest is a no-show

  • Guest cancels within 72 hours of the tour date

 

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this policy before booking.
