Cancellations and Refunds

Guest Conduct

• Is visibly intoxicated prior to or during the tour

• Behaves in a disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe manner

• Fails to comply with the instructions of tour staff

• Misrepresents their age or identity

No refund will be issued to guests removed from a tour due to misconduct.

• Guests participate in You Bettah Rum tours at their own risk

• You Bettah Rum is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during a tour

• Guests with medical conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns should contact us prior to booking to discuss accommodations

• Pregnant guests or those with health conditions affected by alcohol consumption are advised not to participate in tastings
